Special Orders

How to place special orders for Graupner RC products not currently stocked by Hobby Lobby:

Step 1. We need the Graupner part number of the item you are looking for. You can find the part number by looking for it in the Graupner Catalog, or by searching for it on the Graupner website.

Step 2. Call us at 1-866-WE-FLY-RC (1-866-933-5972) or Contact Sales for pricing. Include the Graupner part number.

Step 3. Give us a call to place the order.

Information you must know before placing a special order:

1. Special order items are pre-paid only, and are not refundable.

2. You cannot cancel the order once it has been placed.

3. Special order items are only returnable if they were damaged in transit to you. The shipping carrier must confirm all damage.

4. It will take about 6 to 8 weeks to get your order if Graupner has the item in stock. If they do not have it in stock, it will take longer.

5. Our Sales and Tech Support people may not be familiar with the product since we do not stock it. Also, it may not contain English instructions.
